God is GOOD!

Well, I just couldn't let this moment of life go without documenting God's goodness.  Yesterday, my mom had a cat scan to see the progress of the chemo, and the doctor said that the scan showed "dramatic results".  He said that out of several enlarged lymphnodes before, there were only 2 left.  This was wonderful, considering that she is only halfway through her treatments.  The doctor was even crying about it when he told them.  (Times like those I can totally understand why onocologists enter the field).  I believe that this was a miracle from God.  So many people have been praying for her to have miraculous healing, and God heard the prayers and answered.  Dr. Shinwari said that he feels confident that the next three treatments should take care of the rest of the cancer.  He also said that as the lymphnodes are going back to regular size, the bone marrow should be going back to normal as well.  I just can't express our joy when we found out.  I knew that God would do something amazing, but I had no idea it would be this quick and this wonderful.  Thank everyone for your prayers...they have been heard.  Continue praying for the last little bit to be gone quickly, for it to never come back, and for mom to endure the rest of the treatments well and to recover quickly.  We love you all.  God bless.
